We are still hard at work fulfilling orders so that your items arrive as quickly as possible. However, most shipping carriers are experiencing delays on their end due to social distancing measures and the increase in online shopping.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, and appreciate your continued support as we navigate and learn with you through these unprecedented times. Here are some of the measures we are taking to support the highest outcome for you to receive your packages in a safe and timely manner:
3-10 DAY ORDER FULFILLMENT
We guarantee to ship out your items from our studio within 3-10 days of purchase (although we usually ship within 48 business hours).
NEW SHIPPING OPTIONS
We have implemented new shipping options (outlined below) so that you can feel secure about the tracking of your package.
EMAILED PACKAGE TRACKING
Please view your email to see when your package has been shipped. You can also click on the tracking number to see shipping updates.
WE OFFER 2 CARRIER SERVICES THAT YOU MAY USE TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGE:
USPS DOMESTIC & INT'L
Domestic packages within the USA are taking about 3-10 days to arrive, whether you choose First Class or Priority. International packages are taking 4-6 weeks to arrive. Once the package has left the USA, we are unable to track the shipment.
DHL INT'L SHIPPING
This international option is much more costly, however, the package is guaranteed to arrive within 3-5 days of shipment. You are also able to track the package during it's entire global journey using the tracking number you received in your shipment email.
