Our passionate time together had come to an ending, and although I was hurt, I wrote these words to guide me into the next chapter of my life.

This song is for all women, men, humans who have been betrayed by their lovers and suffered extreme heartbreak. While acknowledging the pain that was felt, it's also a celebration of the growth that was inspired by the experience.

This song invites us to accept that the Universe is conspiring in our favor; the heartbreak didn't happen to us, it happened for us. Out of every challenge, we can choose to come out stronger or stay broken.

Now, I can be grateful, sing and laugh about it.
